Use of script libraries (Google fonts)
Type and purpose of processing:
To present our content correctly and with suitable graphics across different browsers, we use “Google Web Fonts” on this website, provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as “Google”) for the use of fonts.
The data privacy policy of the library operator Google is available here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Legal basis:
The legal basis for the inclusion of Google fonts and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Recipient:
The access to script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a link to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – albeit currently unclear whether and for what purposes – that the operator, in this case Google, collects data.
Retention period:
We do not collect personal data through the inclusion of Google fonts.
Further information:
You can find further information about Google Web Fonts here https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in the Google data privacy statement: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
Transfer to third countries:
Google processes your data in the USA and is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield
https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Provision mandatory or necessary:
The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually mandatory. However, it is not possible to ensure the correct presentation of content otherwise.
Withdrawal of consent:
The programming language JavaScript is regularly used to present content. You can therefore object to data processing by deactivating the use of JavaScript in your browser or installing the JavaScript blocker. Please note that this may result in functional restrictions while you are on the website.
SSL encryption
To safeguard your data during transmission, we use a state-of-the-art encryption procedure (e.g. SSL) through HTTPS.
Amendments to our data privacy regulations
We reserve the right to amend this data privacy statement to ensure it always corresponds to current legal requirements or to amend our services and/or introduce new services. The revised data privacy statement then applies to further visits.
